She's hard and dedicated and pulls from your weaknesses and makes them strengths. She has educated me on balance diets, how to truly count calories and prepare balanced meals. Working out with Alicia in the past 7 months I have shed 32 pounds. My jeans have went from a 42 waist to a 36, I went from wearing a XXL shirt to XL. Progress has been great.
