As a Personal Trainer and Health Coach, helping people meet their fitness and nutrition goals is my passion. 


As a retired military officer of 23 years, my overall military experience taught me how to become a leader, manager, educator, and innovator which is what ultimately guided my passion for health and fitness. I wanted to encourage people who could not encourage themselves to stay fit and strong.


I believe being active and eating healthy produces a longer life span. It also reduces cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol.
