As a Personal Trainer and Health Coach, helping people meet their fitness and nutrition goals is Alicia's passion.
A retired military officer of 23 years, her overall military experience taught her how to become a leader, manager, educator, and innovator. Alicia wanted to encourage people who could not encourage themselves to stay fit and strong.
"I believe being active and eating healthy produces a longer life span. It also reduces cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and hypertension."
Vanessa first stumbled upon yoga in 2005, and has been in love with it ever since. With a highly athletic background, including distance running, track and field , and amateur level boxing, she was instantly drawn to the immense healing aspects that yoga provides. Vanessa decided to take her practice a step further , and in 2013 completed her 200 hour yoga alliance certification with CorePower Yoga. Vanessa focuses on an alignment based practice
to create a safe space where students are invited to practice mindfulness and be curious about their bodies. Off the mat Vanessa enjoys spending time with her son, family and friends. She also enjoys the outdoors and painting.
Cassandra, also known as Cass, is a certified Personal Trainer. She attends SDSU where she is majoring in kinesiology. In addition to football being her favorite sport to watch, she also plays flag football for a women's league. On her down time, Cassandra enjoys Muay Thai, dancing, and going on random adventures. She is passionate about fitness and enjoy creating new ways to make it fun!
Talia is a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness. She is avid rugby player for 10 years. She moved to San Diego to play for the premiership rugby team after graduating from college. She earned a B.S. in Exercise Science with a emphasis is Strength and Conditioning and a Minor in Coaching. Additionally, Talia enjoys Muay Thai kickboxing. Other certification includes TRX, weight management, level 200 rugby coach, Boga, and DotFIT!
